Self-help Gym
This section of the Safe House is designed to help you build your resilience at any time. Just as taking regular exercise and eating a healthy diet can help boost/maintain our physical health, spending a little time becoming more self-aware and nurturing our emotional and psychological wellbeing often reaps rewards at times when things become more challenging. A regular workout will enable us to remain in good shape all round!
